Mark Wahlberg is bringing his family-owned burger restaurant Wahlburgers to the UK and Ireland later this year.
Mark, 40, opened the Massachusetts eatery - which is co-owned by brothers Donnie and Paul - in October and it's doing so well that they want to make it into a chain.
'It's phenomenal. We do higher-end burgers. Yesterday we sold 1,300,' says Mark.
'It's run by my brother, Paul, who is a five-star chef.
'We're opening a bunch of them in Britain and Ireland this year.'
Mark says Paul is doing a brilliant job of looking after the restaurant while he and Donnie pursue their entertainment careers.
The actor - who stars as a smuggler in new film Contraband - is proud that the family has succeeded when others were convinced they'd fail.
'When I first mentioned the idea of Wahlburgers, people were like: "Oh my god, that's a stupid idea.",' Mark tells Metro.
'What they don't realise is how talented my brother is.
'A successful burger place takes $2,400 a day. A really successful one does $6,000. We're taking $17,000 a day. There are lines queuing around the corner.'
