LINDSAY Lohan is in trouble with the law yet again.
The actress has been accused of shoving a woman at a Hollywood nightclub.
The alleged incident comes just days after LiLo finally got her freedom back when an LA judge ended her probation for drink-driving in 2007.
Now a female reveller has filed a battery complaint against the Mean Girls star, claiming Lohan assaulted her last week.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's official Sergeant Chris Bowman said: "It's just an allegation. It's been received by our detectives."
Lohan’s publicist has questioned why the alleged victim waited until Saturday to file a complaint.
Steve Honig said: "You have to wonder about someone who calls the media before the police."
Last month, Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan she will no longer need to appear in court or report to a probation officer.
Judge Sautner praised the actress for the progress she has made and the star thanked her for her patience.
However, she is still on informal probation for stealing a £1,570 necklace from a boutique in Venice Beach, LA, last year.
Lohan has suffered a turbulent time since she the DUI arrests — she was in and out of rehab and prison for much of 2010.
But she has largely steered clear of trouble over the past year and there are signs of a comeback into films as well.
Having guest-hosted Saturday Night Live, Lohan is due to make a cameo in hit show Glee. She is also set to star as the late Elizabeth Taylor in a TV movie.
