Blake Lively has apparently gone from the Upper East Side to the country…and with some very hunky company.

The Gossip Girl star and her boyfriend Ryan Reynolds have reportedly purchased a "beautiful country home" in Bedford, N.Y., about an hour outside of their New York City stomping grounds.

So what's the real deal behind this new real estate? And how much did the pad allegedly set the red-hot couple back?

"Blake bought the place in Bedford earlier this year and has been spending almost all her time there since Gossip Girl went on hiatus," a source close to the couple tells E! News. "Ryan lives there too."

And it seems Blake is loving the simple life.

"She no longer has an apartment in the city," our insider continues. "She now has to stay in hotels when doing business in Manhattan and enjoys life upstate more. She loves horses and getting away."

Ryan too, we assume, as the source describes Ryan and Blake as being "inseparable" recently.

As for the pricetag?

"The house cost more than $2 million," a source tells People, further revealing that the couple has been spotted around town on romantic dates including horseback riding and dining at the Bedford Post Inn.

This isn't the first time the twosome has been said to be purchasing real estate together. Blake and Ryan met while shooting The Green Lantern but didn't begin dating until late last year, and the New York Post reported they were already apartment hunting in NYC together in November.

But who needs space in a city sky rise when you can score some alone time outside of the limelight, right? It'll certainly make avoiding those pesky paparazzi a lot easier.

Requests for comment have not been returned by reps for either Blake or Ryan.

It wouldn't be too shocking, considering the two stars have seemed to be getting serious for some time now, what with Ry meeting Blake's family and the duo taking romantic vacations together to bed and breakfasts.

Guess the couple will be enjoying plenty more PDA-packed picnics...in peace!
